Droopy nose is one of the most important reasons for having a rhinoplasty operation. That's why the patients may question re-dropping of the tip after the operation. The proportions on the nose are very important. To position the tip (tip projection) according to the dorsum makes the nose look more dynamic and aesthetic. Currently, we respect the nasal tip support system and increase the projection of the tip by strengthening the cartilages with struts, grafts and suture techniques. Because of the swellings in the postoperative period, the tip comes to its normal position with time. When the support system on the tip is not destroyed and even more supported, the dropping of the tip after rhinoplasty becomes a history.
