There will be definitely no pain after rhinoplasty, just a state of a little discomfort due to the nasal packings.Nasal packings are only used in rhinoplasty when an operation for septal deviation is included. They prevent bleeding after the surgery. They are kept for 1 day. Although there are many materials, lately medicated paraffin gauze dressings are preferred. Because they are oily, they don’t stick to the tissues. So, they are removed painlessly.
