Tip plasty is the surgery to improve the appearance of the nasal tip. The nasal tip deformities show varieties such as wide nasal wings, flared nasal tip, drooping nose, bifid nose, asymmetrical cartilages, flat nasal tip, bulbous nasal tip, and low sitting nose. And, the surgical procedure for the correction of these defects is named as tip plasty. When the nasal dorsal line is good enough and only the tip looks awkward, tip plasty can be performed as a unique operation. Fixation with plaster after the surgery is enough and bruises are not generally observed.
