You may answer this question as all the operations should be in general the same. But, no! Rhinoplasty is an exciting privileged surgery.. Why? Because every nose has its own specific characteristics and so the techniques vary for each nose. The appearance changes every month as the swellings pass. It takes 6 to 10 months for a nose to settle down. We do rhinoplasty surgery with this foresight and this needs indeed an experience. We resist the cartilage and tissue memories in some deviated and awkward noses.  It is a challenging surgery where we always try to do a better nose criticizing ourselves and racing with our selves each time. To see the results in a long time gives pleasure and excitement. That's why rhinoplasty is a surgery which I like a lot.
